Who we are and why this page exists
This page publishes the information required by Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 on a Single Market For Digital Services (Digital Services Act, "DSA"), which applies to providers of intermediary services, including hosting services.
Web hosting, email, cloud and infrastructure services are provided by SC Delta Communications Network SRL, registered office at Calea Văcărești 207, Sector 4, Bucharest, Romania, registered with the Trade Register under no. J40/17458/2004, VAT/CUI 16890789, hereinafter "ServerHost". Under the DSA, ServerHost acts as a provider of hosting services. Hosted data resides on our infrastructure in Romania, European Union.
Point of contact for authorities
In accordance with Article 11 DSA, ServerHost designates a single point of contact enabling Member States authorities, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services to communicate directly, by electronic means.

Point of contact for customers and users
In accordance with Article 12 DSA, we provide recipients of the service with a point of contact that allows direct and rapid communication, by easy-to-use means that do not rely solely on automated tools.

No account is required to use these channels.
Reporting illegal content
In accordance with Article 16 DSA, any individual or entity may notify us of content they consider illegal within the services we host. The mechanism is free of charge, available electronically and requires no account.
Send your notice to: abuse@serverhost.ro
For a notice to be actionable, please include:
- an explanation of the reasons why you consider the information to be illegal;
- the exact URL and, where relevant, additional information enabling the identification of the content;
- the name and email address of the person or entity submitting the notice (optional, except for cases involving certain offences defined by law);
- a statement confirming the good-faith belief that the information in the notice is accurate and complete.
We confirm receipt without undue delay and process notices in a diligent, objective and non-arbitrary manner. Where contact details are provided, we inform you of our decision and of the available means of redress.
Orders issued by authorities
In accordance with Articles 9 and 10 DSA, we act upon orders issued by the competent national judicial or administrative authorities to act against specific illegal content or to provide information about specific recipients of the service. Such orders may be sent to legal@serverhost.ro.
For removal orders concerning terrorist content, issued under Regulation (EU) 2021/784, the point of contact is likewise legal@serverhost.ro.
Measures, statement of reasons and redress
Where we restrict or remove content, or suspend a service, following a notice or upon detecting illegal content or a breach of our terms, we provide the affected person with a clear and specific statement of reasons for the decision, in accordance with Article 17 DSA, to the extent that we hold their contact details.
If you disagree with a decision, you may challenge it by sending a reasoned request to abuse@serverhost.ro. You are also entitled to seek redress before the competent courts or through other means provided by law.
