Frequently asked questions

What does "Fully managed" mean?
We take care of the infrastructure behind your containers: the operating system, container engine and orchestration, updates and cleanup of orphaned images and volumes, databases and supporting services in your stack, the reverse proxy with automatically renewed TLS certificates, backups, monitoring and incident response. Your development team takes care of the application code; we take care of the infrastructure.
Who steps in if a container fails to start or ends up in a restart loop?
If it is an infrastructure problem — memory, disk, network, volume permissions, connectivity, service configuration or environment variables — we fix it. If it is a bug in the application code, we hand over the full diagnosis and the fix stays with your team. The diagnosis is always included.
How does deployment work? Do I need SSH access?
You don't need SSH access or system administration skills. We connect your private repository, and on every push to the production branch the application is built and health-checked before the new version goes live. You get a web panel with container logs, deployment history, environment variables and one-click rollback to the previous version.
I have an application running on a server today. Can you help me move it to Docker?
For straightforward stacks — an application, a database and one or two supporting services — we prepare the container configuration together, and bringing the application online is part of the initial setup. For older applications with undocumented dependencies, multiple environments or migrations that must be performed with minimal downtime, we treat the work as a separate migration project through our DevOps/SysAdmin services and provide a separate quote. We'll assess your application from the start and tell you which case applies.
When and how often are backups made?
The standard backup service runs weekly. We keep the last three weekly backups and the latest monthly backup. With the optional daily backup service, we keep the last three daily backups, plus the latest weekly and monthly backups.

Restores are performed on request. Contact us by email, we agree on the backup version to restore, and start the process once you confirm. One restore per month is included in your subscription; additional restores are charged separately.
What happens if something breaks at night or over the weekend?
Monitoring runs 24/7 with automatic alerting, while automated restart and health-check mechanisms respond immediately without human intervention. Human support is available Monday to Friday, between 09:00 and 18:00. Outside those hours, critical incidents are handled on a best-effort basis. Guaranteed round-the-clock human intervention is available separately through our optional 24/7 support service.
Can you manage PostgreSQL, Redis and other services in my Docker stack?
Yes. We can deploy and manage databases and supporting services such as PostgreSQL, MySQL/MariaDB and Redis as part of your application stack. We configure persistent storage, internal networking, backups and resource allocation according to the application's requirements. Services that do not need public access remain available only within the private container network.
Can you deploy from a private GitHub or GitLab repository?
Yes. We can connect a private GitHub or GitLab repository and configure automated deployment from your production branch. Your application is built and deployed automatically, with health checks and rollback available when needed.
